Three leading vegan and plant-based entrepreneurs in Sydney, Australia, joined host Katrina Fox, founder of Vegan Business Media, to find out what it really takes to run a business on these principles, the latest trends in the sector, and much more.

Jessica Bailey, the founder of the Cruelty Free Shop, which started as an online store in 2001 from her home and now has two physical stores, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne. Jess also hosts the Vegan Day Out events in both cities.
Ken Israel, who been the owner of Iku Wholefood since 1990, after buying the whole food plant-based café in Glebe from its original owners in 1985. Since then the company has expanded into other locations across Sydney & provides catering services.
Amal Dermelkonian, who migrated to Australia in 1993. She worked as an industrial engineer before joining the family business Syndian Natural Food Products in 2001 a year after its inception, as a co-director responsible for sales and logistics.
